3) If you have a certain disease then it's always better to perform under supervision of certified yoga instructor. Because you can practice some asanas watching online which may be prohibited for you.

4) After certain time, when you feel I can do by myself, then there is no need of it .

On the other hand if the person has earlier knowledge  or done practice of yoga under guidance he can do yoga at home.
