Sit in Vajrasana and raise a little and open the feet by about a foot or more to allow the bottom to touch the ground. Sit on the floor between the feet firmly with the back erect. Do regular breathing while there. Thirty seconds to a minute is suitable for the beginning. Relax with legs stretched and thump to regain blood flow. Take precautions if overweight or stiff legs, use proper cushioning if need be.
