The best way to start yoga session anytime, particularly in the mornings is by doing 10 - 15 Utt Bais
- Stand erect keeping the feet 3 inches apart. Hold the ear lobes with opposite hands softly by the thumb in the front and folded index finger behind. Now slowly squat ( fully if you can ) with feet flat on an outbreak and stand up slowly with breath, pushing the body up using the leg power and NOT with the back bending forward for balance.
- Pay total attention to the back and keep as upright if not perfectly straight.
- Start with 5 and do a comfortable 15 as you buildup. Do more if you have the time.
