Yoga is more  important.Yoga is union of body,mind and soul.Yoga can be done at any age.Benefits of yoga are physical,mental and spiritual levels.Flexbility,strength,stress remover and keeping mind and body healthy.Prevent from forthcoming diseases.The yoga is very systematic and correct movements of parts of body.

On the other hand Gym keep fit and healthy and improve muscular strength.If the exercise done beyond capacity,tiredness may feel and risk of injury when done wrongly.

Sport can keep oneself active and fit and improve strength.There is age limit require for sports.There is a risk of injury in sport.
