A thorough knowledge about baking:
Proper techniques of baking, the role of every ingredient used, tools used and types of oven.
Baking temperatures, baking hacks and how to handle them. Recipes will be discussed and how to modify will also be discussed. Reference to the baking supplies and tools will be discussed and shared.
Bread baking needs special skills and understanding of the various stages of baking, starting from-weighing, kneading, proofing and baking temperature and finally proper storage procedures of your Bread, these and many more.
After class support is needed to clarify the doubts of the student. Light refreshments will be provided.
Each baker will take yummy cakes baked by them.
Complete hands-on experience of baking also after class support will be provided. No prior experience or knowledge about baking is required. A real passion for learning new things and keen observation are required to get the best and right product.
A recipe booklet with a detailed description of the procedure will be shared. Both egg and eggless recipes will be discussed and shared.
