You will learn: Handling of the cake from the beginning, like Torting/slicing, filling, crumb coating and finally covering with Ganache/buttercream to achieve the sharp edges. Various piping /frosting techniques will be taught.

- Next to cover the cake with Fondant/cream to get the smooth finish, creating beautiful borders,
- Special techniques like: stencilling effect, Quilting, onlays, stacking and dowelling will be demonstrated
- We work on real cakes . Fondant and gum paste recipes will be shared if fondant cakes
- We provide all the course materials, tools, cutters.Light refreshments will be provided
- After class support will be provided to all studentsA complete hands on experience from baking cake to final decoration.Lunch and snacks included.No prior knowledge about cake required.

Baking temperatures, baking hacks and how to handle them. Recipes will be discussed and how to modify will also be discussed. Reference to the baking supplies and tools will be discussed and shared.

Each baker will take yummy cakes baked by them.
