"It was a Life changing experience for me. The sessions were very effective in providing insight and access into inner self. Length and pace are just right and there are opportunities to pause to allow more time to process and reflect, as needed. I was always skeptical about being able to actually do meditation as I had problems focusing, but I always wanted to try. I am glad Ms Teena guided me through the sessions and finally I can understand how effective this can turn out to be in your daily stressful life. I have clarity on how to balance mind and body. My sleep quality has improved a lot. I intend to practice it daily and learn more about excelling at it. Ms Teena's knowledge and support has helped inculcate this approach with ease. Grateful to have a coach who is dedicated, knowledgeable and assists you every step of the way! Kudos to the coach and thanks a lot! "

"What a wonderful experience! Learning the technique was easy and the entire session was very thorough so at the end you have a clear understanding of how it’s done and how it works. Every question I had going in was answered. Ms Teena is very knowledgeable and made everything easy. The actual meditation is effortless as they say and I do actually look forward to doing it especially on stressful days. To answer the 2 big questions I personally had going in. Isn’t this just a basic Meditation? A guided meditation is used but it’s just a piece of a very simple puzzle. There is nuance involved that makes it different than a typical focused meditation. You learn exactly how to use the mind and body and you will understand what is considered “correct” meditation. The best way to explain is before I felt like I was “trying” to accomplish something with my meditation and now I don’t have to try, I just do it, effortlessly. As far as the money, for me, what I learned is priceless and I have it the rest of my life so I had no problem with paying. Ms Teena did an excellent job guiding me through a peaceful meditation in a wonderful, healing way. The hour went by soooo fast and I walked out of the session feeling pretty centered. Ms Teena has a gift that is calming and authentic. I walked away feeling pretty balanced and zen! Thank you Ms Teena! "
