Yes, you can start with the gym. The right age to start with the gym is 18; also, it depends on your body type. People in sports start at a very early age only. To lose your body fat, I suggest you have black coffee before you start your workout and also eat papaya pineapple for post workout. Eat plenty of greens and chicken skin out pieces; this will help you lose body weight. I suggest you check your BMI before starting with the gym, so based on your report, your workout and diet will be customised.
