"Excellent trainer with a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the concept of fitness. He is extremely patient and will go through the same exercise over and over again until you get it right. He understands the mechanism of exercises and his teaching revolves around understanding your body and developing that mind muscle connection. A trainer who values and teaches you the benefits of living a healthy lifestyle over just short term results. I started working with Mani sir after having back surgery. Right from rehab to strength training and conditioning, he covered all the bases. His background in Yoga was vital during my rehab as I was unable to lift heavy weights and could only rely on stretches and yoga poses to condition and strengthen my back. Overall he is one of the best personal trainer you could ask for. "

Always on time and very accommodate. You can forget about your worries regarding weight, diet and health if you have him as a personal trainer. On the whole an excellent trainer and a good human being and a supportive friend. "

"I had a very bitter experience with this guy, the least knowledgeable and most uncommitted person to his profession, there is no ethics and values. The sessions are scheduled for an hours but he is keen on closing it in half the time and comes late. I have not encountered. After the demo class he forced Me to pay the money for whole month and due to reason we stopped after day 1 class. I insisted on just taking the money for one day and returning , he kept telling he will and been some weeks now. I just hope someone does not waste time like me and urban pro can have to way to unlist people who are are not eligible to train. Ultimately to may lead to injuries if we train with people like this. "
