The student will undergo practice of self unloading and embrace and accept all people, situations, past, present and future. The cause of anxiety and mental stress is the refusal to acknowledge the world as it exists and our insistence to see the way we want. We project our views and expectations on others and when there is dichotomy between this and the reality, we are subjected to frustrations and mental stress . The step by step process that I employ deals with this issue and bring about a slow transformation in the psyche of the person. Of course this requires sufficient preparation of ones mind and some spiritual orientation to be ready for mediation. So a primer in Asana and pranayama helps in regulating body , breath which lends access to mind. For those interested, japa type of meditation also can be taught.

"Class was well structured according to the student's needs. The instructor was patient and provided 1-1 attention. Location of the class in t nagar was convenient. The timing helped me complete my exercise in the morning before work, which was a good start to the day. "
