Hi as we know our mind and body is connected , it is important to cleanse the thought patterns and relax yourself, this can be achieved through yoga but you need to find a mind and body exercise like pilates which will help you a lot. Also resistance training is important to manage your metabolism and energy levels so find a trainer and start doing physical exercise to build lean muscle. The only way to postpone ageing process is to maintain and preserve muscle which can be achieved only through resistance training. Hope it helps.

So it can be any goal either to loose or gain weight or even sports specific conditioning everything depends on the type of exercise program.
