The program is a holistic integration of knowledge of Yoga, asanas, pranayamas, guided meditations and mindfulness. This Yoga therapy wellness course is designed to relieve you from day to day stress and to live in a happy way.
Any participant/client those who want to overcome their problems (health issues/ilments/mental and emotional issues).
The participant / client will able to manage and overcome their problems(both physical and mental) and ailments.
The students will have to bring yoga mat as well as determination and willingness to learn.
We are applying Integrated Approach of Yoga Therapy(IAYT). Which is based on panchakhosas and consists of Healthy saatvic food, Suksuma Vyayama, Sakthi Vikasaka, Surya Namskar, Kriyas (Cleansing techniques), Mudras, Breathing excercises, Pranyamas, Chantings, Meditations, Lectures, Counseling.
