be practical just check ur protein requirements and replace it with natural food items ....its little tough but still wadeva content is there in supple ul find in ur food.... n trust me natural works n stays supple is just wastage of money,n keep checking ur bmi ftr 15 days to check whether ur diet...

Yes you can do it natural way but it will take longer time duration to achieve your targets. Also sometime it is not even possible to get required protein/s even after you eat full belly & multiple times too.

Yes it's ur gud decision now a days lot os people crazy about artifical supplements and my opnion pls go with natural diet .but this diet don't give as much as u required rapidly but it will slow process not ur body ur strength also keep going witj natural diets thank u
