Full bodyweight training is one of the basic levels of workout found. It consists of proper full-body workout including only body movement, without involving any other form of external weight lifting or weight training. It is basically found to involve the different muscles parts and strengthen them with proper form and posture to deliver beneficial results, thus securing assured goals. Strength training, Circuit training, Core training are some of the important forms of Bodyweight training for eg-Pushups, Squats, Dipps(strength training). High knees, Buttkicks, Jumping jacks etc. (can be involved in a circuit). Situps, Zigzag, Russian Twist, Plank etc. (examples of core training).
