IELTS EXAM is attempted by students and professionals who want to study or work or immigrate abroad. IELTS exam has different level of Band like Band ...4-9 which states the understanding of 4 English language skills i.e Reading, Writing, Listening and speaking.

The difference between the band level is explained here, through an example, If one achieves Band 9 then he/she is considered to be the person who understands English language skills perfectly and if someone gets band 4 then it states that one has less English language skills.
