"I have practiced yoga at many places but I had the best experience here. Radha Mohan sir focuses on yoga asanas, pranayama as well as meditation. All the excercise are simple as well as very effective . He pays full attention to every student to stay in the correct posture. students are also given personal diet charts and it is also taken care that every student follows his diet chart. This makes all students feel special. I have got a lot of benefits in my one month experience like. (1) Lost weight (2) Lost inches (3) Improved flexibility (4) Felt more energetic and stress free. "

"Mohan ji is a very patient guru and explains what each asana is and it benefits. I recently joined 1 month back and can feel the difference when I wake up and starting my day with yoga before work. My colleagues have noticed a change in me and find me very calm and composed. He also advises on what healthy tips will help me live a fulfilling life. I have a sciatica issue and a slip disc and have not had pain since I joined. He pays attention and corrects my asana poses in case I’m doing something wrong. "

"I started my yoga journey as a beginner with Radha Mohan ji and I must say that he is an amazing teacher. He has vast knowledge and experience about Yoga , Pranayama and Meditation. He is very patient and I can see that I am getting the benefits from my classes. Since I am based out of Germany, he was flexible to adjust with my timezone. I am able to feel the flexibility in my body, get rid of rustiness and improve my focus. He not only makes you perform the asanas but will also provide you the knowledge about it so that you are aware of what you are doing. I would definitely recommend Mohan ji if you are looking for a trainer for Yoga/ Pranayama/ Meditation. "

Yoga practice can help improve posture, flexibility, and overall well-being, but it's unlikely to significantly increase your height after the age of 21. Height is primarily determined by genetics and the closure of growth plates in your bones, which typically occurs during late adolescence and early adulthood. While yoga can promote good posture and proper alignment, it won't lengthen your bones or promote substantial height growth once your growth plates have fused. If you're interested in yoga for its many other health benefits, it's a great practice to incorporate into your routine, but you should not expect it to make you significantly taller at that age.
