All the excercise are simple as well as very effective . He pays full attention to every student to stay in the correct posture. students are also given personal diet charts and it is also taken care that every student follows his diet chart. "Mohan ji is a very patient guru and explains what each asana is and it benefits. I recently joined 1 month back and can feel the difference when I wake up and starting my day with yoga before work. My colleagues have noticed a change in me and find me very calm and composed. He also advises on what healthy tips will help me live a fulfilling life. I have a sciatica issue and a slip disc and have not had pain since I joined. He pays attention and corrects my asana poses in case I’m doing something wrong. "

"I am very happy to inform that Yoga practice is an excellent treatment for almost all types of health problems. Due to continuous working on computer, I started having pain in my neck and shoulders. When I used to take medicine from the doctor, the pain used to reduce, but after stopping the medicine, the pain used to increase again. This was going on for the last one year but there was no relief. Practicing customized yoga with Radha Mohan sir for almost 4 months as a result my pain is completely cured now without any medicine. Sir made me do surya namaskar, pranayama and guided meditation in this half an hour practice in such an effective way that I got good results. These classes are really recommendable. "

Yoga practice can help improve posture, flexibility, and overall well-being, but it's unlikely to significantly increase your height after the age of 21. Height is primarily determined by genetics and the closure of growth plates in your bones, which typically occurs during late adolescence and early adulthood. While yoga can promote good posture and proper alignment, it won't lengthen your bones or promote substantial height growth once your growth plates have fused. If you're interested in yoga for its many other health benefits, it's a great practice to incorporate into your routine, but you should not expect it to make you significantly taller at that age.
