"Nitesh is fantastic! Very knowledgeable, thorough and passionate about his work - unlike trainers in gyms, he goes the extra mile and constantly monitors and corrects movements, and suggests variations according to your capabilities and specific issues and weaknesses. I have had bad back posture for years and have tried hundreds of stretches to correct it, but nothing worked and I thought it could be incurable. But Nitesh somehow managed to fix my back posture in just a matter of weeks, with some focused exercises and stretches. I'm quite amazed at the results. He's also very courteous, helpful, encouraging, punctual and a really nice guy - all in all it's been a wonderful experience training with him, and I can't recommend him strongly enough! "
