"Morning Meditation initiation by Krishna Prakash … I look forward to taking what I practiced here with me when I leave here and continue at least some of the things – esp. the Meditation initiation and the Yoga.""

"Attending Shrimath was an experience that's hard to sum up in plain words as the awareness I've gained within is so immense. The moment I arrived I was amazed by the beautiful, peaceful surroundings as well as the warmth and kindness received. Krishna is very knowledgeable and guided me through many of the tools and methods to use in my path to yoga. The program also taught me to enjoy the present without needing to constantly be doing something. The hospitality was far beyond expectations and the cooking was superb! I hope to one day be able to make the trip back to attend the advanced program. Thank you, Krishna, Smrithi, Hema and Shoba for all you have done."

"Shrimath yoga is run by group of professionals who have extensive knowledge with regards to yoga and its benefits. The facility is run like a home which has the edge over other yoga centers or retreats. There is no doubt this would benefit stressed out IT professionals and business owners who go through strenuous work pressure ,i would strongly recommend Shrimath to every individual who go through professional or personal challenges. "I had a wonderful time with Shrimath Yoga. I enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and learnt so much. When ever I get a chance in my life, the first thing I would do is to go back to Arjunabittahalli. I miss all the staff who took so much care of me and who made me feel like I was home. I had the opportunity to teach at the local village school and loved it. People there are so simple Thank you all. If anyone have a burning desire of learning Yoga then this is the best place to be."

"I can stay at a resort anytime I want. Instead I was looking for a back-to-basics experience with an intro to yoga and some personal downtime. The owner Krishna was very helpful, custom designed a 3 day beginner package for me. The lodgings are basic, but located in a gorgeous farm. The day is planned out, with chanting, yoga, amazing simple but flavor filled home cooked meals by Krishna's wife, reading and wandering time plus an amazing one hour interaction with the local village kids at their school. A small group of people with different levels of expertise in yoga from all over the world melded well. I spent peaceful hours contemplating the natural surroundings, or just relaxing without TV or internet. It sounds rustic but isn't. It's a homestay with a focus and every aspect is genuine, minimal yet sufficient. I strongly recommend a 2-3 day getaway for beginners. Yoga experts will love it for the curriculum that goes beyond the physical. "

"Shrimath is and will always be the begining of my spiritual life and my path in yoga. I had practised yoga before many times in many places, but only in Shrimath I realized the meaning of it. Is not only devoted, young, energizing Hema or wise and knowledgable Krishna, not to say tender Smriti and her delicious food, but everything else...The place, the nature, every tree and plant, the monkeys running around, the kids chanting mantras, the village nearby, the sky, the sunrise while we did our sun salutation... and the inexplicable vibe of peace and love that you get around. I am a person constantly looking for new experiences, but I would go back many times, because I know a trip to Shrimath is a trip to the heart of India, the heart of yoga and my own heart. I will always be thankful and truly wish others can enjoy the bless of being part of Shrimath once in their life, because it will stay forever in your soul"

"I came to Shrimath fairly early into my eight month trip in India and Nepal. The experience of learning was trans-formative in many ways. It was also a great way to acclimatize to the cultures and people of India. Krishna has wealth of knowledge in Yoga theory from a traditional Indian perspective. He can transfer this knowledge in a way westerns can learn and benefit from. Going to Shrimath was the best decision I made in a long time. "

"KP (Krishna Prakash) has enhanced my yoga practice, bringing forward important questions about how to make the best of our life. Before encountering KP, I had a disciplined yoga practice, mainly enjoying the physical benefits of such asanas. However, my practice was incomplete as the connection between the physical and more spiritual practice had not been made. KP taught me the great value of practicing mantras, and also of a more holistic routine in order to best take advantage of my yoga practice. It was very easy to connect with KP, as he had a long professional working history before dedicating himself more fully to a spiritual life. Therefore, it was easy for him to understand my issues in the real world, and he showed great empathy in some of the issues I had been confronting upon coming to see him in India. I would not hesitate to do another retreat with KP, as he really is a great interlocutor for transmitting a message of how to live one's life in a wiser, more meaningful manner"

"Shrimath: An "all inclusive" experience. From learning the basics & digging deep into yoga processes and its origin, to the authentic experiences of rural village life, tasty traditional Indian cuisine, and the genuine people at the retreat- including the instructors, students and guest speakers. Appropriate for beginners to advanced students. The best part for me was the way the course was tailored to meet my needs as a beginner: answering all my questions and including more detailed lectures on the things that most interested me. Krishna's knowledge is extensive. Thank you for taking extra time to ensure my understanding of course material and for going above and beyond to help me achieve my other goals while visiting India. Hema: Thank you for your patience, understanding and encouragement to be correct in my practices. Your precise lessons will travel home with me and be shared with many! With much gratitude.""
