Yoga is not only a physical exercises or breathing patern.
Its a great way to create good life style and we can also cure our so many deases thogh yoga without any side effects.
Yoga = "yuj" this word yuj is came from Sanskrit Dhatu.
Anything come together and create a new thing is called yoga.
Like Asana plus breathing pattern abhaysa is called yoga and etc, like electric power and led light come togather and create a brightness light is called yoga this all are just for examples.
One of the most important in our text book shiv and shakti ka milan is equal to yoga.

When we do meditaion we improve our self confidence.
Because with the help of meditaion we know ourself much better then past and improving our thinking capacity with positivity.
It improves our social relationship with all hence we improve our communication skills as well.
