If you want a life long sharp, ripped body there is little that supplements can do. Supplements will never give you consistency that a Hard earned, honestly done natural workout... ...more

Each day I work on natural ways to achieve sharp, ripped bodies for my clients. My core strength is to get results with a carefully planned workout and diet plan as per your body requirement. Good Morning Parviz, you seem to have a very big goal ahead of you. I would suggest you start with meeting a doctor. get all your medical tests done, like thyroid and other things. based on your medical diagnosis take necessary treatments and enroll with a personal trainer. Honestly when goal is as difficult and huge as you have got. It cannot be achieved alone. You will need lots of motivation. I have many clients who have to loose 20-25 kgs, it takes alot of motivation and consistency to keep their moral high and keep them working out everyday. With your kind of weight doing anything alone will be impossible you will need support at every step of any exercise to make it more effective and hit the correct spot for that required weight loss. Wish you luck for your weight loss goal...hope you achieve it :)
