It depends on what you achieve. Gym is good for fitness, but it can't heal your internal organs and mind. You might have never heard any doctor say that you have some issues in lungs, do gym! Sports is good, it build character, adds fitness and discipline in your, but again it doesn't heal the mind. There are many cases where sportsman breaks down mentally. Yoga is the only form which addresses physical, mental and internal health of the body.

Standing poses
1) Tadasana
2) Virksasana
Sitting Poses
3) Child Pose
4) Vajrasana
Sleeping Pose
5) Kandrasan
