The environment of a yoga class is a good energy that enhances the yoga learners and the teacher/ instructor through the practice of yoga.
Do’s
- Atmosphere – No pollution, fresh air and clean
- Floor for exercise 6X3
- Yoga mats (cotton or bad conductor) lay in a horizontal manner / vertical manner
- Use wall as a great assistant for few asanas
- If music played during class should merge with the practice
- Ask questions related to their approach to releasing themselves into the safe environment
- Keep place mess-free as well as clean
- Well-ventilated space
Don’ts
- The space should not be congested
- The music should not be distracting
- Cell phone ringing should not impinge
- No chatter that has nothing to do with the practice
