Listen to your heart and start now! Motivation is key. You have to listen to your heart and then give your 100%. Since you do not have any experience(You mentioned fresher), start with a couple of students and then with your experience and result of students, you will see your students referring you to other students. For 4-9th std students, it depends on the subjects and time allocated as far as the fee is concerned. You can charge less in the beginning, so that you can approach a number of students.
