As in yoga we do micro movement and synchronize our breathing with the movement which requires rhythmic flow of breath in and out but if we do workout first it will increase the breathing flow and temperature of the body. In yoga we need relaxed body in order to unite individual soul to universal soul.

If the body is tensed after workout, you won't "feel" yoga. Again, Yoga doesn't just mean twisting your body. You have to feel your body during the practice. Thus, for that - body must be at ease and stable condition. 

So, best option is to do Yoga before workout.
