Some Asanas like trikonasan, parshv trikonasan, ardh chakrasan, vakrasan, sury namaskaar etc reduce your belly fat n fat.
There are some rules of yogasan and pranayam, you have to follow , like always prefer to do without empty stomach or after meal wait for 3-4 hrs, Then go for yoga.
