Although Yoga can be done at any time of the day (making sure you keep a gap of minimum 4 hours in between your meals and Yoga), but if you want t reap amazing benefits of Yoga it must be done in the morning. (Best time - 5 AM - 7 AM)

Yoga tutor at home teaching since 20years

Yoga can do anytime but not after food immediately.There should be gap of half an hour.Yoga can be done on empty stomach and calm and clean place.Thre yoga can do at night also but the proper time is morning at 5am and evening at 4pm to get more benefit.
