I love to spread my knowledge on 8 limbs of yoga. I teach hatha yoga, vinyasa, traditional yoga with different pranayamas, meditation and yoga nidra/relaxation techniques. To attain good health at the physical and mental level, one should practice 12 sets of sun salutations, followed by some asana flow, pranayama, relaxation/yoga Nidra/meditation at least five days a week. Eat home-cooked healthy food and add a lot of colourful vegetables, greens and proteins to the diet.... ...more

To attain good health at the physical and mental level, one should practice 12 sets of sun salutations, followed by some asana flow, pranayama, relaxation/yoga Nidra/meditation at least five days a week. Eat home-cooked healthy food and add a lot of colourful vegetables, greens and proteins to the diet. Drink lots of water, 15 mins of daily sunlight and enough sleep for good health and immunity.
