To attain good health at the physical and mental level, one should practice 12 sets of sun salutations, followed by some asana flow, pranayama, relaxation/yoga Nidra/meditation at least five days a week. Eat home-cooked healthy food and add a lot of colourful vegetables, greens and proteins to the diet. Drink lots of water, 15 mins of daily sunlight and enough sleep for good health and immunity.
