Baking for beginners

"Great time with Ms. Shobha! She takes pain to explain- be it baking a bread, cookies or cakes. I especially loved learning to make donuts from her. Being a health freak, I urged to try baking donuts instead of frying, and she immediately complied. The end result was AMAZING. Good learning experience and would strongly recommend. Thanks Mam."

Cake decoration

"While I was searching for a baking class, I got food review about Shoba ma'am. Everyone said you get a homely feel, it's really true, you feel like you are visiting a relatives house after a long time. Ma'am is very friendly and her mom all give a warm feel. Ma'am will ask what exactly we need from the class and give us a feel as in what to do and what not to do. She was very free suggesting where we can get the materials and how to proceed and guide us. I wasn't keeping fine the second day, she gave me green tea, provided tea morning and evening and also lunch. Many thanks for all the love and may God bless you with good health and strength and happiness. "

"I was privileged to learn fondant and whipped cream cake decoration from Shobha. I had certain cake decoration techniques in mind and she was able to help me in understanding how to do the same, it was a customised class. Lot of tips and tricks were shared which actually helps in making the frosting perfect. I would recommend her classes to anybody who wants to learn cake frosting techniques. "

"Awesome class with a well experienced teacher. She understands the requirements of her students and teaches accordingly. As a complete beginner to baking and frosting, I went home with lots of ideas on various varieties of frosting techniques, tools, moulds, materials used, colours and much more. "I enjoyed my 2 days of learning. Ma'am made me feel at home instantly. I was baking basic cakes before attending her workshop. I didn't realize I could attempt bread varieties and other things until ma'am showed me . She gave me lot of tips and explained the basics to improve my technique. I am grateful for all the valuable time she has spent with me. I look forward to my next workshop with her. Thank you."
