First of all, it is important to have will power. It would help if you were mentally prepared to give in all that it takes to study and succeed. Post that, we need to plan all the things we need to study and prioritize accordingly.
Full attention can be achieved by either meditating, practising Yoga or playing games on mobile like bubble poker or scrabble or any word-formation games in your break time. Studies have proved that it actually results in better brain activity.
