Choice means confusion, whenever there is choice there must be confusion. Any choice or decision made with a confused mind is also a confusion or will end in confusion.

Observe it for yourself, e.g. when you like something impulsively you just go ahead and buy, but when you are confused between two or more things then you have to make a choice.

Therefore, It is the clarity of mind that helps to make decisions because when one has clarity there is no second thought.

SO whenever you are confused don't do a thing about it, just give it some time, can you wait until the mud settle downs and the water is clear by itself !

Clarity itself is the right action. And yes to meditate is to cleanse your mind!
