Hi Ram,
You can learn advance excel from you tube, but there are very basic points in each and every function in advance excel that are missing in you tube videos.
Ex: you can break candidate name into respective order by mid, left and right function. This is available in you tube.
Same thing you will be do by text to column property in excel. May be this is not explained in you tube series.
