You can do any yoga (like traditional yoga, power yoga, hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga) depending on your body condition and fitness target. To increase stamina, you have to add cardio or faster yoga, like you can do power yoga or fast Surya namaskar etc.
Whatever you do, I recommend to be consistent and keep challenging yourself to get better results.
