For yog practice, proper preparation is needed. Like the place, your yoga mat (asana), your daytime for practising yoga, your yoga outfits, and the time of practice and specific days for the woman.  

As yoga is a spiritual and holistic practice, no matter what type of your practice is being done, it is essential to have a holistic environment for yoga. 

The environment of a yoga class is a good energy that enhances the yoga learners and the teacher/ instructor through the practice of yoga. 

Do’s

• Atmosphere – No pollution, fresh air and clean
• Floor for exercise 6X3
• Yoga mats (cotton or bad conductor) lay in a horizontal manner / vertical manner
• Use wall as a great assistant for few asanas
• If music played during class should merge with the practice
• Ask questions related to their approach to releasing themselves into the safe environment
• Keep place mess-free as well as clean
• Well-ventilated space

Don’ts

• The space should not be congested
• The music should not be distracting
• Cell phone ringing should not impinge
• No chatter that has nothing to do with the practice
