There are numerous ways people try to keep them fit and healthy in today's highly stress world. In this race of maintaining a balance between work and life, Bangalore are they really heading towards health or falling under stress?
In city like Bangalore, the major problems of ill health is due to
• Long distance travelling
• Long and stressful working hours
• Short or irregular sleeping and eating habits
• zero time for relaxation.
Keeping these lifestyle challenges into consideration an individual will definitely fall , sick or ill now and then and go for a counter medicine as an immediate rescue, but I promise you that if u take just one hour of your day, breathing, daily ( if not thrice a week ) and adopt yoga as a lifestyle, you will be well equipped to handle the above hurdles of day to day life.
