Asthanga Yoga is one of classification of classical  yoga in Patanjali Yoga Sutra which states mental and physical health.It is founded by K.Pattabhi Jois an Indian Guru in 1948.Ashta mean eight and Anga means limbs,so means eight limbs path based on yoga philosophy of Patanjali.It is very dynamic and athletic  form of hatha yog and connect the movements of body with breath.The benefits of Asthanga yoga practice is to improve flexibility,strength, improve cardiovascular function.Keep mind relax and reduce stress and anxiety.Pranayama work on controlling vital energy.The vital energy is known as varus.
