Better to do in class than online if you are a beginner to understand the postures correctly. Later once you are in intermediate level can continue online.

Qualified (PGDip in YOGA & DNHE) YOGA trainer with more than two decades experience

For a beginner, it is better to practice in a offline class for correct postures etc. After learning well under proper trainer at basic level, then On line OK.But physical class is always superior in so many aspects when ever oppurtunity is there occassionally.

Both are good..it basically depends on teacher how well they are. Even in physical class, if teacher is not good then it might lead to wrong postures. Good to take trial class vrfore you jumpnin any class.
