Meditation is an action which controls your state of mind & physical body.
Main rules to remember before doing meditation
- Roof covered, plain and soft floor with a cusion
- Mobile in silent
- Eyes closed for beginners
- Concentrate in the present moment either observing breadth or sounds in that meditation room
- Do this for 10min. Let your mind think lot of things. Let mind remember the past and imagine future.
- Getting an idea that in past or feature actions taken by you using body as your channel medium
- Increase meditation minutes untill your mind goes blank and nthng to think about.
You will be a good meditator and u will be able to cure your disease toxins inside your body. Which gives you more life validity and tons of happinesses.
