"I started yoga classes to solve a bunch of my health issues like diabetes, indigestion, cervical and lumbar issues. Although I used learn yoga from YouTube, I wanted an instructor who could help me in stop making mistakes. Radha Mohan is a good and experienced teacher. He understands the needs of the students and targets their ailments with right asanas. Yoga practice can help improve posture, flexibility, and overall well-being, but it's unlikely to significantly increase your height after the age of 21. Height is primarily determined by genetics and the closure of growth plates in your bones, which typically occurs during late adolescence and early adulthood. While yoga can promote good posture and proper alignment, it won't lengthen your bones or promote substantial height growth once your growth plates have fused. If you're interested in yoga for its many other health benefits, it's a great practice to incorporate into your routine, but you should not expect it to make you significantly taller at that age.
