"I contacted Radha Mohan sir through Urban Pro. After interacting with him and a lot of other Yoga teachers who got referred, I found him to the most knowledgeable, noble and dedicated teachers of Yoga. I had practised hatha yog from Nikam Guruji's Ambika yog kutir in thane long time back, and he explained to me in detail, the process of starting again and crafted the course perfectly according to me and my family's capabilities, requirements and needs. We have been practising with him for over a month now and our flexibility and experience has been simply superb. Our overall health and breathing capacity has increased. Flexibility and capability to do the asanas, breathing exercises like kapalbhati and anulom-vilom has increased steadily. These exercises are really difficult to instruct through online mode, but Radha sir's patience and explaining methods make it really easy to follow and perform these kriyas. He never pushes the bill and always seems to have time for you and clarify every doubt however small it may be. He is the ideal Yoga techer and we strongly recommend him. It has been a real good thing that we decided to go for online classss and met him during this pandemic. Heartfelt Thanks and respect Radha Sir. "

Yoga practice can help improve posture, flexibility, and overall well-being, but it's unlikely to significantly increase your height after the age of 21. Height is primarily determined by genetics and the closure of growth plates in your bones, which typically occurs during late adolescence and early adulthood. While yoga can promote good posture and proper alignment, it won't lengthen your bones or promote substantial height growth once your growth plates have fused. If you're interested in yoga for its many other health benefits, it's a great practice to incorporate into your routine, but you should not expect it to make you significantly taller at that age.
