"Radha Mohan sir is really very good yoga instructor. There was a lot of pain in my feet. Practicing yoga with them has cured my leg pain. For this, asanas were done along with stretching for a few days. For this I highly recommend them. "

"I have been interested in Pranayama and Yogasana for many years but I was not able to practice Yoga regularly due to lack of any proper guidance and skilled teacher. But when I came in contact with Yoga Guru Radha Mohan ji, I felt that he not only has long term experience but also a tremendous combination of gentleness and perfection. "Started my yoga journey with radha mohan sir from may this year and it has been the best decision. So far I have explored yogasanas which thus far seemed impossible, all the while being completely relaxed and centered, I feel calm the whole day after the practice. The pace is the right mix of slow, rhythmic and deliberate. "I was a bit hesitant to join yoga since I was quite lazy in nature and thought that yoga doesn't make you sweat. But all my assumptions went wrong after joining the rashe mohan sir's class. I felt better within a week. More concentrated and more active with lots of posture correction. With miz of asanas and diet advises I am true beneficiary of it. It has been months but I am still continuing it and the day I miss the class I feel bad. So it is highly recommended!! "

"I joined the class for prenatal yoga at around end of first trimester. I have enjoyed Radha Mohan master’s sessions since then. I feel relaxed with the stretches and he focuses on asanas that’s appropriate during pregnancy and I very patient during the sessions. Also enjoy the asanas that make me feel like I’m actually working out even during pregnancy. I would highly recommend prenatal sessions to other pregnant women. "

"Joining Radha Mohan Sir's classes is a turning point in my life. My sedentary lifestyle was pushing me towards obesity and i was loosing body flexibility. Sir has helped me to regain flexibility slowly and steadily. After 4 months i can feel a great difference in my body and mind. My thinking process has also improved. In 45mins he provides yoga training which has perfect balance of free hand exercises, aasans and pranayam. He never forces students to do something which is difficult at the start but he always motivates slowly and makes everybody capable. Initially i thought i can max do for a month but now Yoga is a part of my lifestyle and would like to continue always. Thank you Radha Mohan Sir! "

Yoga practice can help improve posture, flexibility, and overall well-being, but it's unlikely to significantly increase your height after the age of 21. Height is primarily determined by genetics and the closure of growth plates in your bones, which typically occurs during late adolescence and early adulthood. While yoga can promote good posture and proper alignment, it won't lengthen your bones or promote substantial height growth once your growth plates have fused. If you're interested in yoga for its many other health benefits, it's a great practice to incorporate into your routine, but you should not expect it to make you significantly taller at that age.
